Description

A device PNEUVEN MEDI 6.7 for pressotherapy and rehabilitation designed primarily for home treatment, equipped with touch controls and control using smart cards.

Programs and use

The device is fitted with a universal connector which makes it easy to snugly connect the assortment of three and seven-chamber sleeves for hands, feet, stomach and buttocks.

The device software lets you use touch controls or a smart card to operate the device using the basic regime where the speed of the pressure waves and the resultant pressure in all sleeve chambers is constant, or the GRADIENT regime, where the speed of the pressure waves is constant and the selected pressure in the sleeve chambers drops from the periphery to the center.

A smart card can be programmed for a particular regime using any of the fifty eight standard massage and kneading programs to treat the extremities, hips or buttocks or in combination with a fixed pressure treatment ranging from 0-12 kPa. Physicians with card readers can use the smart card to examine patient history.

The device can be controlled manually with touch buttons or by inserting a smart card into the designated place on the machine. The treatment itself, whether programmed manually or by smart card, is an integrated process, upon completion of which the device switches to stand-by regime and the sleeve empties itself. The time for filling up and emptying individual sleeve chambers is automatically regulated according to the type of sleeves used. The course of therapy can be monitored on the display.
